The Mighty Hoopla festival will feature Kesha and Ciara as headliners, celebrating the LGBTQ community and offering a diverse lineup of artists at Brockwell Park from 31 May to 1 June 2025.

The Mighty Hoopla festival, a celebration of music and LGBTQ culture, is set to make a grand return to London’s Brockwell Park in 2025. Running from Friday 31 May to Saturday 1 June, the festival will feature performances from internationally renowned artists, with Kesha and Ciara headlining as UK exclusives for the year.

Kesha, renowned for her high-energy hits such as ‘TiK ToK’ and ‘Your Love Is My Drug’, will be performing on Saturday, 1 June. Meanwhile, Ciara, known for chart-topping tracks like ‘Goodies’ and ‘Like a Boy’, will take the stage on Friday, 31 May. Their participation marks a significant highlight for the festival, promising an unforgettable weekend for fans.

The Mighty Hoopla is not only about its headliners but also about a diverse lineup that celebrates a wide array of artists. Ciara’s Friday performance will include supporting acts like Jojo, famous for her hit ‘Too Little, Too Late’, and Jimbo, a celebrated star from Drag Race. Jimbo recently gained additional acclaim, having won the Drag Award at the Virgin Atlantic Attitude Awards, powered by Jaguar.

Saturday’s lineup alongside Kesha includes Loreen, winner of the Attitude Pride Award and Eurovision champion, as well as the iconic Vengaboys, known for their infectious party anthems.

The festival, aimed at the LGBTQ community, has become a cultural cornerstone, attracting thousands of attendees. The 2024 edition marked its most successful run, drawing a crowd of 60,000 visitors, raising expectations for the upcoming event.

Tickets are available at various price points: £69.50 plus booking fee for Saturday, £64.50 plus booking fee for Sunday, and £130.00 for a weekend pass, also plus a booking fee. Further details can be found on the festival’s official website.

Glyn Fussell, founder of Mighty Hoopla, expressed enthusiasm about the 2025 lineup, stating, “We have all poured nothing short of liquid joy into next year. It’s a labour of love and it’s all because this community deserves to come together and celebrate en masse.”

Jamie Tagg, co-founder, also highlighted the excitement, saying, “It’s been such a joy to put this lineup together… With more stages, more production and more live artists than ever before, we hope to create another incredible weekend for our audience.”

The festival will also see the return of Queertopia, a dedicated stage showcasing emerging talents within the queer music scene. Among the featured artists are Jude York from Australia, Turkish artist INJI, English singer/songwriter Hannah Diamond, and rising Brazilian LGBTQIAP+ voice Majur. The stage will also present award-winning songwriter charlieeeeee, as well as performances from drag artists Barbs and Yshee Black, and the well-loved queer icon Princess Julia.

This festival stands as a testament to the vibrant cultural landscape it celebrates, providing a platform for both established and emerging artists within the queer community. With the combination of its headliners and a rich array of performers, Mighty Hoopla 2025 is poised to deliver another memorable experience.
