A new culinary venture in Shoreditch promises an indulgent brunch experience with limitless drinks and a diverse menu.

Shoreditch is set to embrace a new culinary venture that promises to enhance the brunch landscape in the area. Sticks’n’Sushi is launching its All You Can Sip brunch on Saturday, 8th February, catering to those looking for a lively and indulgent weekend experience. The brunch will take place every Saturday from noon until 4pm, featuring a vibrant atmosphere with limitless drinks, upbeat music, and a sharing-style menu designed to entice the palate.

Diners can expect an eclectic array of dishes that move beyond traditional brunch staples. The menu showcases Sticks’n’Sushi’s renowned dishes, including Beef Tataki, Karaage Chicken, and Ebi Bites as starters. Following the appetizers, guests will be treated to a selection of maki rolls, nigiri, and a variety of sizzling sticks grilled to perfection. Complementing the food, guests will enjoy 90 minutes of free-flowing beverages, including Kimchi Bloody Marys, Mio Sake, Asahi beer, and a range of wines, along with options for no- and low-alcohol drinks.

The launch day on 8th February will provide an added delight for early attendees, offering a complimentary upgrade to limitless champagne for those looking to elevate their brunch experience.

The brunch menu’s offerings are diverse and indulgent. Notable dishes include the Beautiful Mess Chirashi Bowl, featuring a tantalising mix of salmon, avocado, and sushi rice, as well as eight maki rolls per person. For lovers of nigiri, options include tuna, salmon, avocado, or mushroom, while the grill serves up choices such as fried chicken thigh, salmon, or pork with yuzu, allowing diners two sticks per person. Those seeking a luxurious touch can opt to upgrade to Wagyu beef for an additional £30 or black cod for £20, concluding the feast with a trio of sorbets in mango, blackcurrant, and chocolate almond flavours.

Understanding the importance of inclusivity, Sticks’n’Sushi is also offering a fully plant-based menu, ensuring that vegan diners can enjoy the occasion without compromise.

The cost for the All You Can Sip brunch experience is set at £70 per person, which includes the 90 minutes of free-flowing drinks. For an additional fee of £18, guests can upgrade to Collet Champagne.

For those wanting to partake in this new brunch adventure, reservations can be made through the Sticks’n’Sushi website, securing a spot at one of Shoreditch’s most anticipated new dining experiences. The restaurant is located at 100 Shoreditch High Street, London E1 6JQ.
